Free Dog Anxiety Assessment

Welcome to ChillBuddy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ChillBuddy Free Dog Anxiety Assessment (the "Assessment") and your receipt of any related free guide, consultation, or communications from ChillBuddy ("ChillBuddy," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing the Assessment and submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Free Assessment

The Assessment is a short questionnaire designed to help us understand your dog's anxiety-related behaviors so we can provide relevant educational information, a free guide, and/or a personalized consultation. The Assessment is provided free of charge. No purchase is necessary.

2. Consent to Be Contacted (Calls, Texts & Email)

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize ChillBuddy and its specialists and representatives to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by phone call, text/SMS message, automated or prerecorded messages, and email — to deliver your results, your free guide, a consultation, and related informational and marketing communications.

- Message and data rates may apply.

- Message frequency may vary.

- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

- You can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

- You can ask to be removed from our call list at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Not Veterinary Advice

The Assessment, the free guide, and any consultation are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for professional care from a licensed veterinarian. Always consult a qualified veterinarian regarding your dog's health — especially before changing your dog's care, diet, supplements, or environment. If your dog is in distress or experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian immediately.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Every dog is different. While our method is designed to help reduce anxiety-related behaviors in many dogs, individual results vary and we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized caretaker of the dog to complete the Assessment and provide the consent above. By submitting, you confirm that the phone number you provide is your own (or that you are authorized to receive calls and texts at that number).

6. Privacy

The information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.shopchillbuddy.com/policies/privacy-policy). We do not sell your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Assessment and the free guide — including text, graphics, and the ChillBuddy name and logo — is owned by or licensed to ChillBuddy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the free guide for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChillBuddy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Assessment, your use of the free guide or any consultation, or any action you take based on the information provided. The Assessment and guide are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own jurisdiction apply.
